  • Traveling via charter jets affords you much more freedom with your luggage and the goods that you travel with.

Simply chat with us for any special luggage requirements you have and we can assist to make sure your goods are transported safely. There is, however, a list of goods that are classified as dangerous by the FAA and are therefore prohibited on any aircraft. Dangerous goods are items or substances that when transported by aircraft are a risk to property, health, safety, or the environment. See here for more about prohibited and dangerous goods in flight.

  • Pegasus Elite Aviation doesn't require any membership fees. You can fly as little or as much as you like with us. You're also in control of what you want on each flight. You tell us, and we make it happen. There are no set hard and fast rules.

  • Private jets have a constant flow of fresh air, and rather than being filtered, it’s expelled. Thus, ensuring 100% fresh air throughout your journey minimizing the spread of germs and viruses. How is this done? Using a modified engine bleed of air to heat, cool, and pressurize the cockpit and cabin. Private jet aircraft cabin air is cooled by heat exchangers, with outflow valves that control the air pressure and the air flux coming out of the cabin. These outflow valves always remain partially open, resulting in a constant outflow of cabin air and continuous air circulation.

  • We'll provide an aircraft to suit your needs if you want Wi-Fi as not all aircraft have Internet access. But please remember, with Internet access, the cost of your charter flight can also change.

  • If you're not leaving your flight's country of origin, you don't need a passport or visa. If your travel is outside of the country of origin, you will need a passport and maybe even a visa, depending on the immigration regulations of the destination country. Talk with our expert Pegasus team before booking to ensure all the necessary paperwork is correct to ensure a smooth flight and landing.

  • Smoking onboard varies between aircraft owners and operators. Some allow smoking, and some don't. There are different operational policies for each aircraft. The professional Pegasus team will ensure your personal preferences are matched with the right aircraft to make your private flight experience the best possible.

  • Yes, TSA security requires that each passenger be vetted against a national no-fly list regularly maintained and updated by the Department of Homeland Security. It's one of the many TSA security requirements of the Twelve Five Standard Security Program for all charter operators who operate private jets over 12,500 pounds.

  • Each country has specific entry requirements that must be met before travel begins.

For example, for your pet to travel to London with you, we need an advance copy of the EU/GB pet passport or health certificate, with the following completed by a government vet and contain:

Pet details, name, date of birth, breed, etc.

    Owner and vet details

Microchip number and date of implant

    Valid rabies

Echinococcus (tapeworm) treatment, to be administered 24-120 hours before entering the UK, it must contain praziquantel and be entered into the passport or health certificate.
